Who are our Interpreters?
Our interpreters work into their own native language, and often have particular fields of expertise within the language (engineering, marketing, tourism and so on).specialisms Though now mostly resident in the UK, they have retained close knowledge of client and business culture in their original country..
Are our interpreters qualified?
All our interpreters are fully qualified - they are most usually Members or Fellows of the Institute of Linguists, or their national equivalent. All have post-graduate Diplomas in Interpreting. They have many years of experience in the profession, and come with the highest reputation.
How do the interpreters work?
Our interpreters, depending upon the work and the intensity involved, will work between four and six hours per day. For some commissions, it is recommended to ask for a team of two or three interpreters.
An interpreter will expect, in addition to his/her daily fee, expenses in terms of travel, sustenance, and, where appropriate, accommodation.
We can supply interpreters both within the UK and further afield, and many will be very happy to do presentations as well.
