About Beacon Language Solutions
The Principal is a native speaker of French and English. He is a graduate
linguist using, besides French, German, Spanish and other languages. He is
himself a Member of the Institute of Linguists, and has many years of international
experience.
We offer a reliable and rapid service for all your language needs in the format you specify.
We only use fully qualified and experienced translators who have been working for many years in the field. All work is fully checked and proofed before despatch to our clients.

Our Rates
Our translation rates are based on the volume of work (per thousand words translated) which are available on request. Our other support services, which are mainly bespoke, are based upon time, distance and number of translators required for the assignment. A copy of our terms and conditions are available here.
Time Scales:
Our normal hours of operation is Monday to Saturday, 0800 to 2200, and Sundays 1000 to 1700.
If things go wrong...
The Institute of Linguists is a professional body of qualified linguists. To be admitted to any of its grades, members have to undergo stringent admission criteria, both written and spoken, and, once admitted, they are governed by a Code of Professional Conduct, a copy of which is available on request. The Institute will investigate complaints about alleged breaches of that code, and as a member of the Institute of Linguists, the Principal of Beacon Language Solutions is bound by that code.
Legal Statement
The Code of Professional Conduct of the Institute of Linguists requires all work undertaken by members of the Institute of Linguists to be treated in complete confidentiality. All work so entrusted to Beacon Language Solutions will be treated in complete confidentiality, both by the practitioner completing the assignment, and by Beacon Language Solutions themselves.
Beacon Language Solutions will ensure that all work commissioned to it is carried out with reasonable skill and care, in accordance with the Code of Professional Conduct of the Institute of Linguists.
