Calling all Nintendo DS fans out there. As many of you will no doubt have already upgraded yourselves to the brilliant brand new DSi, please spare a thought for the few of us that are still dangling in the doldrums with the older original version of the handheld console. Anyway, I’m about to upgrade myself this weekend when I get paid, which means I’ll be joining the dark side all you faithful few (please don’t hate me forever) but I was wondering if I will need to by the newer version of the R4 DS or if I can just stick with the original one that I’ve been using all of this time. Obviously I would much rather prefer to not have to upgrade but if needs must then, well, needs really must. Initial worry really is, are the two different devices completely compatible with each other or not? And also if there are any genuine benefits or is it just a cash in on Nintendos part. I will of course still be buying it either way if I have to but...just sayin’ Image: r4-4ds
Just when you thought that drag racing couldn’t really get any cooler, we are introduced to something like this. A drag race competition where all the vehicles are powered by tools, but not just any tools. Cool tools. I’m talking chainsaws, drills, disc cutters and leaf blowing machines. Boys toys that are powered by ahem...boys toys. What else do you want? The competition takes place in Somerset this weekend. Be there or be really normal in your boring car with normal rubbish engines. Image: powertooldragracing.com 2010-09-24
Last night Enter The Dragon was on TV, a real action-kung fu movie coupled with one of the coolest and most iconic soundtracks going. Move over The Expendables, Statham, Li, Stallone and co aren’t fit to polish Bruce Lee’s nun chucks. Image: Lexinatrix
